Hi, I'm Sara Awor
I'm a certified coach and a qualified coach in Collage as a Creative Coaching Tool. I work with people who have lost their sense of self in this chaotic and fast paced world. I help them to reconnect with their authentic selves through collage which allows an in-depth discovery of oneself. If you are looking to align yourself with your values and rediscover who you are, coaching using collage is a different and playful way to deepen your knowledge.
Coaching with Collage
Within these sessions, you will be guided through the 3 different stages which will allow you to create a personal collage. The collage that results is not a vision board. It uses images to access and explore your unconscious therefore unlocking a wealth of valuable information which is not normally accessed in your daily life. Your self-awareness will receive a boost from this holistic approach and you will see yourself through a different lens. It is a wholesome experience.
Friends

It was interesting, first of all because of the time that coach Sara dedicated to me (3 hours!) in silence, in front of many images taken from random magazines.
I chose these images for their iconographic beauty, which somehow resonated with my experiences or passions. The result was an image of myself, my sensitivity, my family, and my concerns about the future health of my parents and brother. It was a useful and positive experience. Absolutely. Your artistic level is not important with this coaching technique. The collage that will emerge will represent you, speak to you and deepen your knowledge. It doesn't matter what it looks like.
No. Everything will be provided. You only have to bring your openness, your curiosity and your desire to self grow and embrace your true self.
Not at all. It’s another way of coaching. It is a playful art-based coaching method and it allows deep personal insight.
Coaching with Coaching cards
Not ready to fully commit to a coaching with collage session? The option of working with a set of coaching cards, is a taster in working with images. It still allows you to tap into your unconscious and gain self-awareness since your normal thinking patterns will be disrupted. Something of yourself that you may have not have been aware of, will reveal itself. This is also a great shorter option for teenagers!
One to one cards
Before the session, a theme is chosen. You will then work with a set of predefined cards which will allow you to better understand a specific aspect of yourself.
